01.Grant of Commercial License
Upon payment of the one-time license fee, PySaas AI grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, use, and modify the AgentLaunch codebase.
Licensed to a single individual developer. Allows building unlimited personal commercial SaaS projects and client projects delivered to paying clients.
Licensed to an organization or agency. Allows inviting all internal team developers to the repository and delivering unlimited commercial client platforms.

If AgentLaunch does not save you at least 40 hours of setup time, or if the architecture does not meet your technical expectations, you may email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase for a complete, no-questions-asked refund.
Upon refund issuance, your commercial license is revoked, and access to the private GitHub repository will be deactivated.
03.Merchant of Record & Tax Compliance
All online purchases are processed through our authorized Merchant of Record partners (Lemon Squeezy / Polar).
As the Merchant of Record, they are responsible for:
- Calculating, collecting, and remitting applicable sales tax, VAT, and GST in the United States, European Union, UK, and worldwide.
- Providing automated compliant B2B tax invoices with reverse-charge VAT support for registered businesses.
- Secure PCI-DSS compliant credit card and payment processing.
04.Updates, Support & Repository Access
License holders receive ongoing access to the private GitHub repository. Updates, bug fixes, dependency upgrades, and new agent orchestration recipes will be pushed to the main branch. While we do not provide custom bespoke software development, we provide active GitHub Issue assistance and architecture guidance.
05.Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
AgentLaunch is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall PySaas AI or its maintainers be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.
